٢٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ﵃، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «لَا تُطْرُونِي كَمَا أَطْرَتِ النَّصَارَى عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ فَإِنَّمَا أَنَا عَبْدٌ (14)» فَقُولُوا: عَبْدُ اللهِ وَرَسُولُهُ.

#24 24 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from Az-Zuhri, from 'Ubaydullah bin 'Abdullah, from Ibn 'Abbas, from 'Umar (ra), he said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Do not exaggerate in praising me as the Christians exaggerated in praising Jesus, the son of Mary, for I am only a servant (14)" so say: The servant of Allah and His Messenger.

24 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sufjan b. Ujejne, nga ez-Zuhriu, nga Ubejdullah b. Abdullahu, nga Ibn Abbasi, nga Omer r.a., i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Mos më lëvdoni tepër ashtu siç e lëvduan të krishterët Isain, birin e Merjemes, sepse unë jam vetëm një rob (14)» andaj thoni: Robi i Allahut dhe i Dërguari i Tij.
