- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ،
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ:
قَالَ عُمَرُ ﵁: «وَافَقْتُ رَبِّي ﷿ فِي أَرْبَعٍ; فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ
اللهِ، لَوْ صَلَّيْتَ خَلْفَ الْمَقَامِ، فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ
﴿وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى﴾ وَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ
اللهِ، لَوْ ضَرَبْتَ عَلَى نِسَائِكَ الْحِجَابَ، فَإِنَّهُ يَدْخُلُ
عَلَيْكَ الْبَرُّ وَالْفَاجِرُ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷿ ﴿وَإِذَا
سَأَلْتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَاعًا فَاسْأَلُوهُنَّ مِنْ وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ﴾
وَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ ﴿وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الإِنْسَانَ مِنْ سُلالَةٍ
مِنْ طِينٍ﴾ الْآيَةَ، فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتْ قُلْتُ أَنَا: تَبَارَكَ اللهُ
أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ، فَنَزَلَتْ ﴿فَتَبَارَكَ اللهُ أَحْسَنُ
الْخَالِقِينَ﴾ وَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ لَهُنَّ:
لَتَنْتَهُنَّ أَوْ لَيُبْدِلَنَّهُ اللهُ بِأَزْوَاجٍ خَيْرٍ مِنْكُنَّ،
فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ ﴿عَسَى رَبُّهُ إِنْ طَلَّقَكُنَّ﴾ الْآيَةَ».

41 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, Ali ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik, who said:
Umar (ra) said: "I concurred with my Lord (azwj) in four matters; I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, if only you would pray behind the Station (of Ibrahim),' then this verse was revealed: {And take, [O believers], from the standing place of Abraham a place of prayer}. And I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, if only you would impose the veil (Hijab) upon your wives, for indeed the righteous and the wicked enter upon you,' so Allah (azwj) revealed: {And when you ask [his wives] for something, ask them from behind a partition}. And this verse was revealed: {And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay} until the end of the verse, and when it was revealed, I said: 'Blessed be Allah, the Best of creators,' so it was revealed: {So blessed is Allah, the Best of creators}. And I entered upon the wives of the Prophet (saw) and said to them: 'You must desist, or Allah will surely replace you with wives better than you,' so this verse was revealed: {Perhaps his Lord, if he divorced you...} until the end of the verse."
41 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, na ka treguar Ali bin Zejd, nga Enes bin Maliku, i cili ka thënë:
Omeri (r.a.) ka thënë: «U pajtova me Zotin tim (xh.sh.) në katër gjëra; i thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, sikur të faleshe prapa Mekamit (të Ibrahimit), dhe atëherë zbriti ky ajet: ﴿Vat-tekhidhu min mekami Ibrahime musal-la - Dhe merreni vendin e Ibrahimit si vendfalje﴾. Dhe i thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, sikur t'u vendosje hixhabin (mbulesën) grave tua, sepse te ti hyn i miri dhe i prishuri, dhe atëherë Allahu (xh.sh.) zbriti: ﴿Ve idha se'eltumuhunne meta'an fes'eluhunne min verai hixhab - E kur kërkoni prej tyre ndonjë send, kërkojeni atë prapa perdes﴾. Dhe zbriti ky ajet: ﴿Ve lekad khaleknel insane min sulaletin min tin - Ne e krijuam njeriun prej një palce të baltës﴾ deri në fund të ajetit, e kur zbriti, unë thashë: Tebarekallahu ahsenul khalikun (I lartësuar qoftë Allahu, Krijuesi më i mirë), dhe atëherë zbriti: ﴿Fetebarekallahu ahsenul khalikun - I lartësuar qoftë Allahu, Krijuesi më i mirë﴾. Dhe hyra te gratë e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) e u thashë atyre: Ose do të përmbaheni, ose Allahu do t'ia zëvendësojë atij me gra më të mira se ju, dhe atëherë zbriti ky ajet: ﴿Asa rabbuhu in tallekakunne - Nëse ai ju divorcon, Zoti i tij mund t'i japë atij...﴾ deri në fund të ajetit».
