Hadith #44 - Musnad al-Tayalisi

٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْحَوْتَكِيَّةِ ، قَالَ: «أُتِيَ عُمَرُ ﵁ بِالْأَرْنَبِ. فَقَالَ: لَوْلَا مَخَافَةُ أَنْ أَزِيدَ أَوْ أَنْقُصَ لَحَدَّثْتُكُمْ بِحَدِيثِ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ حِينَ أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بِالْأَرْنَبِ، فَذَكَرَ أَنَّهُ رَأَى بِهَا دَمًا، فَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَأْكُلُوهَا، وَقَالَ لِلْأَعْرَابِيِّ: ادْنُ فَكُلْ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي صَائِمٌ، فَقَالَ: أَيُّ الصِّيَامِ تَصُومُ؟ فَقَالَ: مِنْ أَوَّلِ الشَّهْرِ وَآخِرِهِ، قَالَ: فَإِنْ كُنْتَ صَائِمًا فَصُمِ اللَّيَالِيَ الْبِيضَ; ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ، وَأَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ، وَخَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ، وَلَكِنْ أَرْسِلُوا إِلَى عَمَّارٍ ، فَأَرْسَلُوا إِلَيْهِ فَجَاءَهُ، فَقَالَ: أَشَاهِدٌ أَنْتَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَقَدْ أَتَاهُ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ بِالْأَرْنَبِ، فَقَالَ: رَأَيْتُهَا تَدْمَى؟ فَقَالَ عَمَّارٌ: نَعَمْ».

#44 44 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from Hakim bin Jubayr, from Musa bin Talhah, from Ibn al-Hawtakiyyah, who said: A rabbit was brought to 'Umar (ra). He said: "If it were not for the fear that I might add or subtract something, I would have narrated to you the hadith of the Bedouin when he brought a rabbit to the Messenger of Allah (saw). He mentioned that he saw blood on it, so he (saw) ordered them to eat it, and said to the Bedouin: 'Come closer and eat.' He replied: 'I am fasting.' He (saw) asked: 'Which fast are you fasting?' He said: 'From the beginning of the month and its end.' He (saw) said: 'If you are to fast, then fast the White Days; the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth.' However, send for 'Ammar." So they sent for him and he came. He ('Umar) said: "Were you a witness to the Messenger of Allah (saw) when the Bedouin brought him the rabbit, and he said: 'I saw it bleeding'?" 'Ammar replied: "Yes."

44 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udi, nga Hakim bin Xhubejri, nga Musa bin Talha, nga Ibn El-Hutekijeh, i cili ka thënë: «Iu soll Omerit (r.a.) një lepur. Ai tha: Sikur të mos kisha frikë se po shtoj apo po pakësoj diçka, do t'ju tregoja hadithin e beduinit kur i erdhi Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) me një lepur, ku përmendi se kishte parë gjak në të, e ai i urdhëroi ata ta hanin atë, dhe i tha beduinit: 'Afrohu dhe ha'. Ai tha: 'Unë jam agjërueshëm'. Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e pyeti: 'Çfarë agjërimi po agjëron?'. Ai u përgjigj: 'Nga fillimi i muajit dhe nga fundi i tij'. Ai tha: 'Nëse do të agjërosh, atëherë agjëro ditët e bardha; të trembëdhjetën, të katërmbëdhjetën dhe të pesëmbëdhjetën'. Por, dërgoni njeri te Ammari. Dërguan pas tij dhe ai erdhi, e Omeri i tha: 'A ishe dëshmitar te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) kur i erdhi beduini me lepurin dhe tha: E pashë atë duke rrjedhur gjak?'. Ammari tha: 'Po'».
