٦١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْبَخْتَرِيِّ ، قَالَ: «سَمِعْتُ حَدِيثًا مِنْ رَجُلٍ فَأَعْجَبَنِي، فَاشْتَهَيْتُ أَنْ أَكْتُبَهُ، فَقُلْتُ: اكْتُبْهُ لِي، فَأَتَانِي بِهِ مَكْتُوبًا مُزَبَّرًا، قَالَ: دَخَلَ الْعَبَّاسُ، وَعَلِيٌّ عَلَى عُمَرَ ﵃، وَهُمَا يَخْتَصِمَانِ، قَالَ: وَعِنْدَ عُمَرَ طَلْحَةُ ، وَالزُّبَيْرُ ، وَسَعْدٌ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ ﵃، فَقَالَ لَهُمْ عُمَرُ: أَنْشُدُكُمْ بِاللهِ أَوَلَمْ تَعْلَمُوا، أَوَلَمْ تَسْمَعُوا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: إِنَّ كُلَّ مَالِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ صَدَقَةٌ إِلَّا مَا أَطْعَمَهُ أَهْلَهُ أَوْ كَسَاهُمْ، إِنَّا لَا نُورَثُ؟ فَقَالُوا: بَلَى، فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُنْفِقُ مِنْ مَالِهِ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ وَيَتَصَدَّقُ بِفَضْلِهِ».
#61 61 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah informed me, he said: I heard Abu al-Bakhtari say: "I heard a narration from a man and it pleased me, so I desired to write it down. I said: 'Write it for me,' and he brought it to me written and embellished. He said: Al-'Abbas and 'Ali entered upon 'Umar (ra) while they were disputing. He said: And with 'Umar were Talhah, al-Zubayr, Sa'd, and 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Awf (ra). 'Umar said to them: 'I adjure you by Allah, do you not know, or have you not heard that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Indeed, all the wealth of the Prophet (saw) is charity, except for what he fed his family or clothed them with; indeed, we are not inherited from"?' They said: 'Yes.' So the Messenger of Allah (saw) used to spend from his wealth on his family and give the remainder in charity."

61 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Amër b. Murre, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ebu el-Bahtariun duke thënë:
«Dëgjova një hadith nga një burrë dhe më pëlqeu, andaj dëshirova ta shkruaja. I thashë: Shkruaje atë për mua, dhe ai ma solli të shkruar bukur. Ai tha: El-Abbasi dhe Aliu hynë te Omeri (r.a.) ndërsa ata po debatonin. Ai tha: Te Omeri ishin Talha, Ez-Zubejri, Sa'di dhe Abdurrahman b. Aufi (r.a.). Omeri u tha atre: Ju betoj në Allahun, a nuk e dini, apo a nuk keni dëgjuar se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: Çdo pasuri e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) është sadaka, përveç asaj me të cilën ai ushqen familjen e tij ose i vesh ata; ne nuk trashëgohemi? Ata thanë: Po. Dhe Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) shpenzonte nga pasuria e tij për familjen e tij dhe pjesën e mbetur e jepte sadaka».
