٧٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ».
#74 74 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from Nafi', from Nubayh ibn Wahb, from Aban ibn 'Uthman, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said:

"The one in a state of Ihram shall not marry, nor shall he propose marriage."

74 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Ebi Dhibi, nga Nafiu, nga Nubajh bin Vehbi, nga Aban bin Uthmani, nga babai i tij, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Ai që është në ihram nuk martohet dhe as nuk kërkon dorën e dikujt (për martesë).»
