87 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Abu Ma'n, from Abu Salih, the freed slave of 'Uthman bin 'Affan, who said: "'Uthman bin 'Affan (ra) said in Masjid al-Khayf: 'O people
(31)', a hadith I heard from the Messenger of Allah (saw) which I used to withhold from you out of concern for you, but it has appeared to me that I should disclose it as sincere advice to you. I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: 'A day of the mujahid in the cause of Allah is like a thousand days in anything else, so let every man among you look out for himself.'

(31), po ju tregoj një hadith që e kam dëgjuar nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), të cilin jua kam fshehur nga dëshira për t'ju mbrojtur, por tani m'u duk e arsyeshme t'jua shfaq si këshillë për ju. E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Një ditë e muxhahidit në rrugën e Allahut është si një mijë ditë në raste të tjera, andaj le të shikojë secili prej jush për veten e tij.»
