٢٤٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ ، قَالَ: لَمَّا ظَهَرَتِ الْمُرْجِئَةُ أَتَيْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ ، فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ يَقُولُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «سِبَابُ الْمُؤْمِنِ فِسْقٌ، وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ».
#245 245 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Zubayd, he said: When the Murji'ah appeared, I went to Abu Wa'il and mentioned that to him. He said: I heard 'Abdullah saying from the Prophet (pbuh) that he said: "Abusing a believer is an act of disobedience (fisq), and fighting him is an act of disbelief (kufr)."

245 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Zubejdi, i cili ka thënë: Kur u shfaqën murxhitë, shkova te Ebu Vaili dhe ia përmenda këtë atij, e ai tha: E kam dëgjuar Abdullahun duke thënë se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Ofendimi i besimtarit është shthurje (fisq), ndërsa luftimi i tij është kufër (mohim).»
