٢٤٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، قَالَ: «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷿ اتَّخَذَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلًا، وَإِنَّ صَاحِبَكُمْ خَلِيلُ اللهِ، وَإِنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ أَكْرَمُ الْخَلَائِقِ عَلَى اللهِ ﷿ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ﴿عَسَى أَنْ يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا﴾».
#249 249 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Abu Wa'il, from 'Abdullah, who said: 'Indeed, Allah (the Mighty and Sublime) took Ibrahim as a close friend, and indeed your companion is the close friend of Allah, and indeed the Prophet of Allah (saw) is the most honored of creation to Allah (the Mighty and Sublime) on the Day of Resurrection.' Then he recited: {It may be that your Lord will raise you to a praised station}.

249 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udi, nga Asimi, nga Ebu Vaili, nga Abdullahu, i cili ka thënë: «Vërtet Allahu i Madhëruar e mori Ibrahimin për mik (halil), dhe vërtet shoku juaj është mik i Allahut, dhe vërtet Pejgamberi i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) është krijesa më e nderuar tek Allahu i Madhëruar në Ditën e Kiametit, pastaj lexoi: ﴿عَسَى أَنْ يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا﴾ “Ndoshta Zoti yt do të të ngrejë në një vend të lavdëruar”.»
