٢٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، قَالَ: أَشْهَدُ عَلَى الصَّادِقِ الْمَصْدُوقِ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «بَيْعُ الْمُحَفَّلَاتِ خِلَابَةٌ، وَلَا تَحِلُّ الْخِلَابَةُ لِمُسْلِمٍ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from Jabir, from Abu al-Duha, from Masruq, from 'Abdullah, who said: I bear witness regarding the truthful and the one believed, Abu al-Qasim (saw), that he said: "The sale of animals with milk gathered in their udders (al-muhaffalat) is a deception, and deception is not permissible for a Muslim."

290 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udi, nga Xhabiri, nga Ebu ed-Duha, nga Mesruku, nga Abdullahu, i cili ka thënë: Dëshmoj për të vërtetin dhe të konfirmuarin, Ebu el-Kasimin (s.a.v.s.), se ai ka thënë: «Shitja e kafshëve me qumësht të grumbulluar (el-muhaffelat) është mashtrim, dhe mashtrimi nuk i lejohet muslimanit».
