٣٠٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا الْأَحْوَصِ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، قَالَ: أَلَا إِنَّ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ قَالَ: «إِنَّ قِتَالَ الْمُسْلِمِ كُفْرٌ، وَسِبَابَهُ فِسْقٌ، أَلَا وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَهْجُرَ أَخَاهُ فَوْقَ الثَّلَاثِ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, who heard Abu al-Ahwas narrating from Abdullah,
who said: Lo, indeed Muhammad (pbuh) said: "Indeed, fighting a Muslim is disbelief, and insulting him is wickedness. Lo, and it is not permissible for a Muslim to desert his brother for more than three [days]."

304 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Ebu Is'haku, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu el-Ahvasin duke treguar nga Abdullahu, i cili ka thënë: Vini re, Muhamedi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Vërtet, luftimi i muslimanit është kufër, ndërsa sharja e tij është fisk. Vini re, nuk i lejohet muslimanit ta braktisë vëllanë e tij më shumë se tri (ditë).»
