٣١٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ جَامِعِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ ، قَالَ «: كُنَّا فِي غَزَاةٍ فِيهَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، فَفَشَا فِي النَّاسِ أَنَّ نَاسًا يَكْرَهُونَ أَنْ يَقُولُوا: سُورَةُ الْبَقَرَةِ وَآلِ عِمْرَانَ، حَتَّى يَقُولُوا: السُّورَةُ الَّتِي يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا الْبَقَرَةُ، وَالسُّورَةُ الَّتِي يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا آلُ عِمْرَانَ، قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ: إِنِّي مَعَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بِمِنًى إِذِ اسْتَبْطَنَ الْوَادِيَ، فَجَعَلَ الْجَمْرَةَ عَلَى حَاجِبِهِ الْأَيْمَنِ، ثُمَّ اسْتَقْبَلَ الْكَعْبَةَ فَرَمَاهَا بِسَبْعِ حَصَيَاتٍ، يُكَبِّرُ مَعَ كُلِّ حَصَاةٍ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ قَالَ: مِنْ هَاهُنَا - وَالَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُهُ - رَمَى الَّذِي أُنْزِلَتْ عَلَيْهِ سُورَةُ الْبَقَرَةِ».
#318 318 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from Jami' bin Shaddad, he said: "We were in a military expedition in which Abd al-Rahman bin Yazid was present. It spread among the people that some people disliked saying: 'Surat al-Baqarah' and 'Al-Imran', until they would say: 'The Surah in which the Cow is mentioned' and 'The Surah in which the Family of Imran is mentioned.' Abd al-Rahman said: 'I was with Abdullah at Mina when he went into the middle of the valley. He placed the Jamrah on his right eyebrow, then faced the Kaaba and threw seven pebbles at it, saying "Allahu Akbar" with every pebble. When he finished, he said: "From here—by the One besides whom there is no god—threw the one upon whom Surat al-Baqarah was revealed (pbuh)."'"

318 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udiu, nga Xhamiu bin Shedadi, i cili ka thënë: «Ishim në një betejë ku ishte edhe Abdurrahman bin Jezidi. Ndër njerëz u përhap lajmi se disa njerëz e urrenin të thoshin: 'Surja el-Bekare' dhe 'Ali Imran', por thoshin: 'Surja në të cilën përmendet lopa (el-Bekare)' dhe 'Surja në të cilën përmendet familja e Imranit (Ali Imran)'. Abdurrahmani tha: Isha me Abdullahun në Mina kur ai hyri në mes të luginës, e vendosi Xhemren në anën e tij të djathtë, pastaj u kthye nga Qabeja dhe e gjuajti atë me shtatë guralecë, duke marrë tekbir me çdo guralec. Kur mbaroi, tha: 'Nga këtu - pasha Atë që nuk ka zot tjetër përveç Tij - ka gjuajtur ai të cilit i është shpallur Surja el-Bekare (s.a.v.s.)'.»
