٣٤١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «لَعَنَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ أَوْ قَالَ: وَشَاهِدَهُ وَكَاتِبَهُ».
#341 341 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Simak bin Harb, he said: I heard 'Abd al-Rahman bin 'Abdullah, from his father, that the Prophet (pbuh) cursed the consumer of usury (riba), the one who pays it, its two witnesses—or he said: its witness—and its scribe.

341 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube dhe Hammad ibn Seleme, nga Simak ibn Harbi, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Abdurrahman ibn Abdullahun, nga babai i tij, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "E ka mallkuar ngrënësin e kamatës, dhënësin e saj, dy dëshmitarët e saj - ose ka thënë: dëshmitarin e saj - dhe shkruesin e saj."
