٣٥٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، قَالَ: «مَرَّ بِنَا زِرُّ بْنُ حُبَيْشٍ، فَقُمْتُ إِلَيْهِ فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ قَوْلِ اللهِ ﷿ ﴿لَقَدْ رَأَى مِنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِ الْكُبْرَى﴾، فَقَالَ زِرٌّ : قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ : رَأَى جِبْرِيلَ فِي صُورَتِهِ، لَهُ سِتُّمِائَةِ جَنَاحٍ».
#356 356 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sulayman al-Shaybani, he said: "Zirr ibn Hubaysh passed by us, so I went to him and asked him about the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime: {He certainly saw of the greatest signs of his Lord}, so Zirr said: 'Abdullah said: He saw Jibril in his form, he had six hundred wings."

356 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Sulejman esh-Shejbani, i cili ka thënë: «Kaloi pranë nesh Zirr bin Hubejshi, kështu që u ngrita drejt tij dhe e pyeta rreth fjalës së Allahut të Madhëruar: ﴿Vërtet, ai pa disa nga shenjat më të mëdha të Zotit të tij﴾, kështu që Zirri tha: Abdullahu ka thënë: 'Ai e ka parë Xhibrilin në formën e tij, ai kishte gjashtëqind krahë'».
