٣٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ أَبُو زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ عَوْسَجَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي الْهُذَيْلِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي بَعْضِ دُعَائِهِ: اللَّهُمَّ كَمَا أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِي فَحَسِّنْ خُلُقِي» هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ مُحَاضِرٌ: عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عَوْسَجَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي الْهُذَيْلِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.
#372 372 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Thabit Abu Zayd narrated to us, from 'Asim, from 'Awsajah, from Ibn Abi al-Hudhayl, from 'Abdullah, that the Prophet (pbuh) used to say in some of his supplications: "O Allah, just as You have made my physical creation beautiful, make my character beautiful."

This is how Abu Dawud narrated it. Muhadir said: from 'Asim, from 'Awsajah, from Ibn Abi al-Hudhayl, from 'Abdullah, from the Prophet (pbuh).

372 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Thabit Ebu Zejdi, nga Asimi, nga Avsexheja, nga Ibn Ebil-Hudejli, nga Abdullahu, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) thoshte në disa prej lutjeve të tij: "O Allah, ashtu siç ma ke zbukuruar pamjen, ma zbukuro edhe moralin."

Kështu e ka transmetuar Ebu Davudi. Muhadiri ka thënë: Nga Asimi, nga Avsexheja, nga Ibn Ebil-Hudejli, nga Abdullahu, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).
