٤٠١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَازِمٍ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَعْوَرِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، قَالَ: «إِنَّ آكِلَ الرِّبَا، وَمُوكِلَهُ، وَشَاهِدَيْهِ، وَكَاتِبَهُ، وَالْوَاشِمَةَ، وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ لِلْحُسْنِ، وَالْمُسْتَحِلَّ، وَالْمُسْتَحَلَّ لَهُ، وَلَاوِيَ الصَّدَقَةِ، وَالْمُرْتَدَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا بَعْدَ هِجْرَتِهِ - مَلْعُونُونَ عَلَى لِسَانِ مُحَمَّدٍ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ».
#401 401 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Khazim narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from 'Abdullah ibn Murrah, from al-Harith al-A'war, from 'Abdullah, who said:

'Indeed, the consumer of usury (riba), its payer, its two witnesses, its scribe, the woman who tattoos, the woman who seeks to be tattooed for beauty, the one who makes a marriage lawful (al-muhallil), the one for whom it is made lawful (al-muhallal lahu), the one who withholds zakat (charity), and the one who reverts to being a desert Arab after his migration - are cursed upon the tongue of Muhammad (saw) on the Day of Resurrection.'

401 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Muhamed bin Hazimi, nga el-A'meshi, nga Abdullah bin Murra, nga el-Harith el-A'uer, nga Abdullahu, i cili ka thënë:
«Vërtet, ngrënësi i kamatës (riba), dhënësi i saj, dy dëshmitarët e saj, shkruesi i saj, ajo që bën tatuazh, ajo që kërkon t'i bëhet tatuazh për bukuri, ai që bën hulla (martesë fiktive për të lejuar gruan e shkurorëzuar), ai për të cilin bëhet hulla, ai që vonon dhënien e sadakasë dhe ai që kthehet në jetën beduine pas hixhretit të tij - janë të mallkuar në gjuhën e Muhamedit (s.a.v.s.) në Ditën e Kiametit».
