٤٣٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْبَخْتَرِيِّ الطَّائِيَّ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي ثَوْرٍ ، قَالَ: «كُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنِ الْيَمَانِ، وَأَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْبَدْرِيِّ، حَيْثُ خَرَجَ أَهْلُ الْكُوفَةِ إِلَى سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ فَرَدُّوهُ، وَهُوَ يَوْمُ الْجَرَعَةِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مَسْعُودٍ يَقُولُ: مَا كُنْتُ أَرَى أَنْ يَرْجِعَ وَلَمْ يُهْرَقْ فِيهَا دَمٌ، فَقَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ : وَلَكِنِّي وَاللهِ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتُ لَتَرْجِعَنَّ عَلَى عَقِبَيْهَا وَلَمْ يُهْرَقْ فِيهَا مِحْجَمَةُ دَمٍ، مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا إِلَّا شَيْئًا عَلِمْتُهُ، وَمُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ حَيٌّ، إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ يُصْبِحُ مُؤْمِنًا وَيُمْسِي مَا مَعَهُ مِنْ دِينِهِ شَيْءٌ، وَيُمْسِي مُؤْمِنًا وَيُصْبِحُ مَا مَعَهُ مِنْ دِينِهِ شَيْءٌ، يُقَاتِلُ فِي فِئَةِ الْقَوْمِ - أَوْ قَالَ: فِي فِتْنَةِ الْيَوْمِ، شَكَّ أَبُو دَاوُدَ - يَقْتُلُهُ اللهُ غَدًا، يَنْكُسُ قَلْبُهُ، وَتَعْلُوهُ اسْتُهُ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: أَسْفَلُهُ؟ قَالَ: اسْتُهُ».
#433 433 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah informed me, he said: I heard Abu al-Bakhtari al-Ta'i narrating from Abu Thawr, who said: 'I was sitting with Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman and Abu Mas'ud al-Badri when the people of Kufa went out against Sa'id ibn al-'As and turned him back, and that was the Day of al-Jar'ah. He said: I heard Abu Mas'ud saying: "I did not think he would return without blood being shed." Hudhayfah said: "But by Allah, I certainly knew that she (the fitnah) would return on her heels without even a cupping-glass of blood being shed. I did not know anything of that except for something I learned while Muhammad (saw) was alive: that a man wakes up as a believer and reaches evening with nothing of his religion left with him, and he reaches evening as a believer and wakes up with nothing of his religion left with him. He fights in the group of the people - or he said: in the fitnah of the day, Abu Dawud was unsure - Allah will kill him tomorrow; his heart will be overturned, and his backside will be uppermost." He said: I asked: "His lower part?" He said: "His backside."'

433 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Amër bin Murre, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ebu el-Bahtari et-Taiun duke treguar nga Ebu Thevri, i cili ka thënë:
«Isha i ulur me Hudhejfe bin el-Jemanin dhe Ebu Mes'ud el-Bedriun, kur banorët e Kufës dolën kundër Seid bin el-Asit dhe e kthyen atë, dhe kjo ishte dita e el-Xhere'ah. Ai tha: E dëgjova Ebu Mes'udin duke thënë: Nuk e kisha menduar se ai do të kthehej pa u derdhur gjak. Atëherë Hudhejfe tha: Por unë, pasha Allahun, e kam ditur se ai do të kthehej mbrapsht pa u derdhur as sa një kupë gjak. Nuk kam ditur asgjë nga kjo, përveç asaj që kam mësuar kur Muhamedi (s.a.v.s.) ishte gjallë: Se njeriu gdhihet besimtar dhe ngryset pa pasur asgjë nga feja e tij, dhe ngryset besimtar e gdhihet pa pasur asgjë nga feja e tij. Ai lufton në grupin e njerëzve - ose tha: në fitnen e ditës, ka dyshuar Ebu Davudi - Allahu do ta vrasë atë nesër, zemra e tij do të përmbyset dhe do t'i lartësohet prapanica e tij. Tha: I thashë: Pjesa e tij e poshtme? Tha: Prapanica e tij».
