541 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Asim ibn Bahdalah informed me, from Zirr ibn Hubaysh, from Ubayy ibn Ka'b, that the Prophet (saw) said: "Indeed, Allah (azwj) commanded me to recite the Qur'an to you." He said: So he recited to him {Lam Yakun} and he recited to him: "Indeed, the practice of the religion
(131) with Allah is Al-Hanifiyyah (the upright way), not polytheism, nor Judaism, nor Christianity; and whoever does good, it will never be denied him." And he recited to him: "If the son of Adam had a valley, he would seek a second one, and if he were given a second, he would seek a third, and nothing fills the belly of the son of Adam except dust, and Allah accepts the repentance of whoever repents."

541 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka informuar Asim ibn Behdele, nga Zirr ibn Hubejshi, nga Ubej ibn Ke'bi, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Vërtet, Allahu i Madhëruar më ka urdhëruar të ta lexoj ty Kuranin. Tha: Dhe ia lexoi atij: ﴿لَمْ يَكُنِ﴾ (Suretu El-Bejjine) dhe ia lexoi atij: Vërtet, feja e vërtetë
(131) tek Allahu është Hanifijeh (monoteizmi i pastër), jo mushrike (idhujtare), as jehude (çifute) dhe as nasranije (e krishterë). Dhe kushdo që bën një mirësi, ajo nuk do t'i mohohet. Dhe ia lexoi atij: Sikur biri i Ademit të kishte një luginë (me flori), ai do të kërkonte edhe një të dytë, e sikur t'i jepet e dyta, do të kërkonte të tretën. Barkun e birit të Ademit nuk e mbush asgjë tjetër përveç dheut, e Allahu ia pranon pendimin atij që pendohet.»
