٥٦٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَدِمَ الْمَدِينَةَ فَصَلَّى سَبْعَةَ عَشَرَ شَهْرًا نَحْوَ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ، ثُمَّ نَزَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ ﴿قَدْ نَرَى تَقَلُّبَ وَجْهِكَ فِي السَّمَاءِ﴾ إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ، قَالَ: فَوَجَّهَهُ اللهُ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ».
#567 567 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Mas'udi narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from Mu'adh ibn Jabal, that the Prophet (pbuh) arrived in Madinah and prayed for seventeen months towards Bayt al-Maqdis, then this verse was revealed to him: {We have certainly seen the turning of your face, [O Muhammad], toward the heaven} to the end of the verse. He said: So Allah directed him towards the Ka'bah.

567 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Mes'udi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Amër bën Murre, nga Ibn Ebi Lejla, nga Muadh bën Xhebeli, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) erdhi në Medine dhe u fal shtatëmbëdhjetë muaj në drejtim të Bejtul-Makdisit, pastaj i zbriti ky ajet: ﴿قَدْ نَرَى تَقَلُّبَ وَجْهِكَ فِي السَّمَاءِ﴾ "Ne po shohim kthimin e fytyrës tënde kah qielli" deri në fund të ajetit. Ai tha: "Atëherë Allahu e drejtoi atë nga Qabeja".
