٦٢٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: «كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الْأُولَيَيْنِ مِنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ، يُسْمِعُنَا الْآيَةَ أَحْيَانًا، وَيُطِيلُ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْأُولَى، وَيُقَصِّرُ فِي الثَّانِيَةِ، وَيَقْرَأُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ مِنَ الْمَغْرِبِ».
#626 626 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from Yahya bin Abi Kathir, from Abdullah bin Abi Qatadah, from his father, who said: 'The Prophet (pbuh) used to recite in the first two rak'ahs of Zuhr and 'Asr, making us hear the verse sometimes, and he would lengthen the first rak'ah and shorten the second, and he would recite in the two rak'ahs of Maghrib.'

626 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Hishami, nga Jahja bin Ebi Kethiri, nga Abdullah bin Ebi Katade, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) lexonte në dy rekatet e para të drekës dhe të iqindisë, ndonjëherë na e bënte të dëgjueshëm ndonjë ajet, e zgjaste rekatin e parë dhe e shkurtonte të dytin, dhe lexonte në dy rekatet e akshamit.»
