٦٢٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: «قَامَ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ قُتِلْتُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، أَيْنَ أَنَا؟ فَقَالَ: إِنْ قُتِلْتَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ صَابِرًا مُحْتَسِبًا، مُقْبِلًا غَيْرَ مُدْبِرٍ، فَأَنْتَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، ثُمَّ سَكَتَ وَرَأَيْنَا أَنَّهُ يُنَزَّلُ عَلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَيْنَ الرَّجُلُ؟، فَقَالَ: هَاأَنَذَا، قَالَ: إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ، فَإِنَّهُ مَأْخُوذٌ بِهِ، كَذَلِكَ زَعَمَ جِبْرِيلُ ﷺ».
#628 628 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from Sa'id al-Maqburi, from 'Abdullah bin Abi Qatadah, from his father, who said: "A man stood up and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what do you think if I am killed in the cause of Allah, where will I be?' He said: 'If you are killed in the cause of Allah while being patient, seeking reward, advancing and not retreating, then you will be in Paradise.'

Then he remained silent, and we saw that revelation was being sent down to him. Then he said: 'Where is the man?' He said: 'Here I am.' He said: 'Except if he has a debt, for he is held accountable for it; thus Jibril (pbuh) stated.'"

628 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Ibn Ebi Dhibi, nga Seid el-Makburi, nga Abdullah bin Ebi Katade, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: «Një burrë u ngrit dhe tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, çfarë mendon nëse vritem në rrugën e Allahut, ku do të jem? Ai tha: Nëse vritesh në rrugën e Allahut duke qenë i durueshëm, duke shpresuar shpërblimin, duke përparuar e duke mos ikur, atëherë ti je në Xhenet. Pastaj ai heshti dhe ne pamë se po i zbriste shpallja, pastaj tha: Ku është ai burri? Ai tha: Këtu jam. Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: Përveç nëse ka ndonjë borxh, sepse ai do të mbahet përgjegjës për të, kështu pohoi Xhibrili (a.s.).»
