- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَوْنِ
بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْمُنْذِرَ بْنَ جَرِيرٍ
يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: «كُنَّا عِنْدَ
رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - جُلُوسًا فِي صَدْرِ النَّهَارِ، فَجَاءَ قَوْمٌ
حُفَاةٌ عُرَاةٌ مُجْتَابِي النِّمَارِ عَلَيْهِمُ الْعَبَاءُ - أَوْ
قَالَ: مُتَقَلِّدِي السُّيُوفِ - عَامَّتُهُمْ مِنْ مُضَرَ، بَلْ
كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ مُضَرَ، فَرَأَيْتُ وَجْهَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَتَغَيَّرُ
لِمَا رَأَى بِهِمْ مِنَ الْفَاقَةِ، فَدَخَلَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ، فَأَمَرَ
بِلَالًا فَأَقَامَ فَصَلَّى الظُّهْرَ، فَخَطَبَ فَقَالَ: ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا
النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ﴾
إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا
اتَّقُوا اللهَ وَلْتَنْظُرْ نَفْسٌ مَا قَدَّمَتْ لِغَدٍ﴾ إِلَى آخِرِ
الْآيَةِ، تَصَدَّقَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ دِينَارِهِ، مِنْ دِرْهَمِهِ، مِنْ
ثَوْبِهِ، مِنْ صَاعِ بُرِّهِ، مِنْ صَاعِ تَمْرِهِ، حَتَّى قَالَ: وَلَوْ
بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ، قَالَ: فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ بِصُرَّةٍ
قَدْ كَادَتْ كَفُّهُ أَنْ تَعْجِزَ عَنْهَا، بَلْ قَدْ عَجَزَتْ عَنْهَا،
فَدَفَعَهَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَتَتَابَعَ النَّاسُ فِي
الصَّدَقَاتِ، فَرَأَيْتُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - كَوْمَيْنِ
مِنْ طَعَامٍ وَثِيَابٍ، وَجَعَلَ وَجْهُ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَتَهَلَّلُ
كَأَنَّهُ مُذْهَبَةٌ، وَقَالَ: مَنْ سَنَّ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ سُنَّةً
حَسَنَةً كَانَ لَهُ أَجْرُهَا وَأَجْرُ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِهَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ
مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَنْتَقِصَ مِنْ أُجُورِهِمْ شَيْئًا، وَمَنْ سَنَّ فِي
الْإِسْلَامِ سُنَّةً سَيِّئَةً كَانَ عَلَيْهِ وِزْرُهَا وَوِزْرُ مَنْ
عَمِلَ بِهَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَنْتَقِصَ مِنْ
أَوْزَارِهِمْ شَيْئًا».

705 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Awn bin Abi Juhayfah, he said: I heard Al-Mundhir bin Jarir narrating from his father Jarir bin 'Abdullah, who said: "We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah (saw) in the early part of the day, when a group of people came who were barefoot, naked, wearing striped woolen garments with holes cut in them for their heads, or wearing cloaks - or he said: with swords hanging from their necks - most of them were from Mudar, rather all of them were from Mudar. I saw the face of the Messenger of Allah (saw) change because of the poverty he saw in them. He went inside and then came out, then he commanded Bilal, who called the Iqamah, and he prayed Dhuhr. Then he delivered a sermon and said: {O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul} to the end of the verse, then he said: {O you who have believed, fear Allah. And let every soul look to what it has put forth for tomorrow} to the end of the verse. A man should give charity from his dinar, from his dirham, from his garment, from his sa' of wheat, from his sa' of dates, until he said: even if it is with half a date."
He said: "Then a man from the Ansar came with a pouch that his hand could hardly carry, rather it was unable to carry it. He handed it to the Messenger of Allah (saw), and then the people followed suit in giving charity, until I saw two heaps of food and clothing in front of the Messenger of Allah (saw). The face of the Messenger of Allah (saw) began to glow as if it were gilded with gold, and he said: 'Whoever starts a good practice in Islam will have its reward and the reward of those who act upon it after him, without that detracting from their rewards in the slightest. And whoever starts an evil practice in Islam will bear its burden and the burden of those who act upon it after him, without that detracting from their burdens in the slightest.'"

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Avn bin Ebi Xhuhejfe, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar El-Mundhir bin Xheririn duke treguar nga babai i tij, Xherir bin Abdullahu, i cili ka thënë: «Ishim ulur te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) në fillim të ditës, kur erdhën disa njerëz të zbathur, të zhveshur, të mbuluar me rroba prej lëkure të grisura (nimar) ose me pelerina (aba) - ose ka thënë: me shpata të varura - shumica e tyre ishin nga fisi Mudar, madje të gjithë ishin nga Mudari. Pashë fytyrën e të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) të ndryshonte (nga trishtimi) për shkak të varfërisë që shihte tek ata. Ai hyri brenda, pastaj doli dhe e urdhëroi Bilalin, i cili thirri ikametin dhe ai fali namazin e drekës. Pastaj mbajti hytbe dhe tha: ﴿O ju njerëz! Kini frikë Zotin tuaj, i Cili ju krijoi prej një njeriu të vetëm...﴾ deri në fund të ajetit. Pastaj tha: ﴿O ju që keni besuar! Kini frikë Allahun dhe çdo njeri le të shikojë se çfarë ka përgatitur për të nesërmen...﴾ deri në fund të ajetit. Një njeri dha sadaka nga dinari i tij, nga dërhemi i tij, nga rroba e tij, nga një sa' (masë) gruri, nga një sa' hurme, derisa tha: qoftë edhe me gjysmë hurme. Tha: Atëherë erdhi një burrë nga Ensarët me një qese (me para) që mezi e nxinte dora e tij, madje nuk mund ta nxinte dot. Ai ia dha atë të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.), dhe njerëzit filluan të jepnin sadaka njëri pas tjetrit, derisa pashë para të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dy grumbuj me ushqim dhe rroba. Fytyra e të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) filloi të shkëlqente sikur të ishte e lyer me ar, dhe tha: Kush fillon në Islam një rrugë (traditë) të mirë, ai do të ketë shpërblimin e saj dhe shpërblimin e atyre që veprojnë me të pas tij, pa iu pakësuar asgjë nga shpërblimet e tyre. Dhe kush fillon në Islam një rrugë (traditë) të keqe, ai do të ketë barrën (mëkatin) e saj dhe barrën e atyre që veprojnë me të pas tij, pa iu pakësuar asgjë nga barrët e tyre.»
