٧٣٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فَضَالَةَ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ حَيَّةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ ، قَالَ - وَلَا أُرَاهُ إِلَّا مَرْفُوعًا، قَالَ: «السُّقْطُ يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ، وَيُدْعَى لِوَالِدَيْهِ بِالْمَغْفِرَةِ وَالرَّحْمَةِ».
#737 737 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fadalah narrated to us, from Ziyad bin Jubayr bin Hayyah, from his father, from Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah, who said - and I do not think it is except Marfu' (attributed to the Prophet (saw)) - he said:

"The miscarried fetus is prayed over, and forgiveness and mercy are supplicated for its parents."

737 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Fadale, nga Zijad bin Xhubejr bin Hajje, nga babai i tij, nga Mugire bin Shube, i cili ka thënë - dhe nuk e shoh atë veçse si marfu' (të përcjellë nga Pejgamberi s.a.v.s.) - ka thënë: «Për foshnjën e dështuar falet namazi (i xhenazes) dhe për prindërit e tij lutet për falje dhe mëshirë.»
