٨٠٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ يَقُولُ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَقْرَأُ فِي الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ بِـ ﴿وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَى﴾ وَنَحْوِهَا، وَيَقْرَأُ فِي الصُّبْحِ بِأَطْوَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ».
#800 800 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Simak ibn Harb, he said: I heard Jabir ibn Samurah saying: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) used to recite in the Dhuhr and Asr [prayers] {By the night when it covers} and similar [surahs], and he used to recite in the Subh [prayer] longer than that."

800 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Simak bin Harbi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Xhabir bin Semuren duke thënë: «Pejgamberi i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) lexonte në namazin e drekës dhe të iqindisë ﴿Uel-lejli idha jegsha﴾ dhe të ngjashme me të, ndërsa në namazin e sabahut lexonte më gjatë se kjo».
