٨١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ «أَنَّ رَجُلًا كَانَتْ لَهُ نَاقَةٌ بِالْحَرَّةِ فَدَفَعَهَا إِلَى رَجُلٍ وَقَدْ كَانَتْ مَرِضَتْ، فَلَمَّا أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَمُوتَ قَالَتْ لَهُ امْرَأَتُهُ: لَوْ نَحَرْتَهَا وَأَكَلْنَا مِنْهَا! فَأَبَى، وَأَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ: أَعِنْدَكُمْ مَا يُغْنِيكُمْ؟ قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: فَكُلُوهَا، وَكَانَتْ قَدْ مَاتَتْ، قَالَتْ: فَأَكَلْنَا مِنْ وَدَكِهَا وَلَحْمِهَا وَشَحْمِهَا نَحْوًا مِنْ عِشْرِينَ يَوْمًا، ثُمَّ لَقِيَ صَاحِبَهَا فَقَالَ لَهُ: أَلَا كُنْتَ نَحَرْتَهَا؟ قَالَ: إِنِّي اسْتَحْيَيْتُ مِنْكَ».
#813 813 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Simak, from Jabir: "That a man had a she-camel in al-Harrah, and he handed it over to a man when it had become sick. When it was about to die, his wife said to him: 'If only you would slaughter it so we could eat from it!' But he refused, and he went to the Messenger of Allah (saw) and mentioned that to him. He (saw) said: 'Do you have anything that suffices you?' He said: 'No.' He (saw) said: 'Then eat it.' And it had already died. She said: 'So we ate from its grease, its meat, and its fat for about twenty days.' Then he met its owner, who said to him: 'Why did you not slaughter it?' He said: 'I was shy before you.'"

813 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sheriku, nga Simaku, nga Xhabiri:

"Një burrë kishte një deve në Harrah dhe ia dha një njeriu tjetër, por ajo u sëmur. Kur ajo ishte gati të ngordhte, gruaja e tij i tha: 'Sikur ta therrje dhe të hanim prej saj!' Ai refuzoi dhe shkoi te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe ia tregoi këtë. Ai tha: 'A keni diçka tjetër që ju mjafton?' Ai tha: 'Jo.' Ai tha: 'Atëherë hani prej saj.' Ajo tashmë kishte ngordhur. Ajo tha: 'Hëngrëm nga lëngu i dhjamit, mishi dhe dhjami i saj rreth njëzet ditë.' Më pas ai takoi pronarin e saj, i cili i tha: 'Pse nuk e thirre?' Ai u përgjigj: 'Më erdhi turp prej teje.'"
