Musnad al-Tayalisi » Al-Nu'man ibn Bashir
٨٣٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ الْجُعْفِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَازِبٍ ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - قَالَ: «لَا قَوَدَ إِلَّا بِحَدِيدَةٍ».
#839 839 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Qays narrated to us, from Jabir al-Ju'fi, from Abu 'Azib, from al-Nu'man bin Bashir, from the Prophet (pbuh), he said: 'There is no retaliation (Qawad) except with a sharp iron instrument.'

839 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Kajsi, nga Xhabir el-Xhu'fi, nga Ebu Azibi, nga Nu'man bin Beshiri, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) se ka thënë: «Nuk ka kisas (ndëshkim kapital) përveçse me mjet të hekurt».
