850 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr al-Ahmari informed me, from Ibn Buraydah al-Aslami, from his father, that a man from Khuza'ah died during the time of the Prophet (saw), and his inheritance was brought to the Prophet (saw). He said: "Look whether
(186)" there is any heir. They searched for one but did not find an heir for him, and the Prophet (saw) was informed of that. So the Prophet (saw) said: "Give it to the eldest of Khuza'ah."
