٩٠٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ (196) «أَنَّ أَبَاهُ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ وَهُوَ عَلَى سِجِسْتَانَ أَنْ لَا تَقْضِيَ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ وَأَنْتَ غَضْبَانُ، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَقُولُ: لَا يَقْضِي رَجُلٌ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ أَوْ بَيْنَ خَصْمَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ».

#900 900 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr informed me, he said: I heard Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakrah (196) that his father wrote to him while he was in Sijistan: "Do not judge between two men while you are angry, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: 'A man should not judge between two men or between two litigants while he is angry.'"

(196) In the Dar al-Ma'rifah edition, there is the addition of (informing).

900 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Abdylmelik bin Umejri, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Abdurrahman bin Ebu Bekren (196) se babai i tij i kishte shkruar atij kur ai ishte në Sexhistan: "Mos gjyko mes dy njerëzve kur je i zemëruar, sepse vërtet e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: 'Nuk gjykon njeriu mes dy njerëzve apo mes dy palëve ndërgjyqëse kur ai është i zemëruar'."

(196) Në botimin e Dar al-Ma'rifah ka një shtesë (njofton).
