٩٢٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُيَيْنَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَقُولُ: «مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا فِي غَيْرِ كُنْهِهِ حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ».
#920 920 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Bakrah, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saying: "Whoever kills a Mu'ahid (a non-Muslim under a treaty of protection) without a just cause, Allah has forbidden Paradise for him."

920 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ujejne, nga babai i tij, nga Ebu Bekrete, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: «Kush vret një muahid (person me marrëveshje paqeje) pa pasur të drejtë, Allahu ia ka bërë atij të ndaluar Xhenetin».
