٩٣٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَأَسْلِمُوهُ إِلَى عَذَابِ اللهِ، وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَفُكُّوهُ».
#934 934 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mujalid and Isma'il, from al-Sha'bi that he said: "If you wish, hand him over to the punishment of Allah, and if you wish, set him free."
