٩٦٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ حَمَّادٌ: وَحَدَّثَنِي سَيَّارُ بْنُ سَلَامَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ ، قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا: «كَانَ بِلَالٌ يُؤَذِّنُ إِذَا دَلَكَتِ الشَّمْسُ، وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: إِذَا دَحَضَتِ الشَّمْسُ».
#963 963 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Simak ibn Harb, from Jabir ibn Samurah. Hammad said: And Sayyar ibn Salamah narrated to me, from Abu Barzah. One of them said: 'Bilal used to call the Adhan when the sun declined (dalakat),' and the other said: 'When the sun passed the meridian (dahadat).'

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Simak bin Harbi, nga Xhabir bin Semure. Hammadi ka thënë:
Dhe më ka treguar Sejjar bin Selame, nga Ebu Berze, ku njëri prej tyre ka thënë: «Bilalli thërriste ezanin kur dielli fillonte të anonte», ndërsa tjetri ka thënë: «Kur dielli fillonte të zbriste».
