٩٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فَضَالَةَ وَعَبَّادُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ وَأَبُو الْأَشْهَبِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: «دَخَلَ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَلَى مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، قَالَ: حَدِّثْنِي بِحَدِيثٍ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - لَعَلَّ اللهَ أَنْ يَنْفَعَنِي! قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - يَقُولُ: مَنِ اسْتَرْعَى رَعِيَّةً فَمَاتَ وَهُوَ لَهَا غَاشٌّ حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ».
#971 971 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fadalah, 'Abbad ibn Rashid, and Abu al-Ashhab narrated to us, from al-Hasan, who said:

"Ubaydullah ibn Ziyad entered upon Ma'qil ibn Yasar and said: 'Relate to me a hadith that you heard from the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), perhaps Allah will benefit me by it!'

He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saying: 'Whoever is entrusted with the care of subjects and dies while he was acting dishonestly towards them, Allah will forbid Paradise for him.'"

971 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Fadale, Abad b. Rashid dhe Ebu el-Eshheb, nga el-Haseni, i cili ka thënë:
«Ubejdullah b. Zijadi hyri te Ma'kil b. Jesari dhe i tha: Më trego një hadith që e ke dëgjuar nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), mbase Allahu më bën dobi me të! Ai tha: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Kushdo që merr nën mbikëqyrje një popull dhe vdes duke qenë mashtrues ndaj tyre, Allahu do t'ia bëjë atij haram Xhenetin».
