Hadith #976 - Musnad al-Tayalisi

٩٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمُثَنَّى بْنُ عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، ⁽²¹⁸⁾ عَنْ مَعْقِلٍ ⁽²¹⁹⁾، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - عَنِ الْفَضِيخِ».

(218) كذا في طبعة دار هجر وأشار المحقق إلى كونه كذلك بالنسخ الخطية وأن الصواب: (أبي عبد الله)، وينظر مصادر التخريج، والله أعلم.

(219) في طبعة دار المعرفة زيادة (بن يسار).

#976 976 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Muthanna bin 'Awf narrated to us, from Abu 'Ubayd Allah, ⁽²¹⁸⁾ from Ma'qil ⁽²¹⁹⁾, he said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) forbade Al-Fadikh (a drink made from crushed dates)."

(218) Thus it appears in the Dar Hijr edition, and the researcher pointed out that it is likewise in the manuscripts, and that the correct version is: (Abu 'Abd Allah), and one should look at the sources of extraction, and Allah knows best.

(219) In the Dar al-Ma'rifah edition, there is the addition of (bin Yasar).

976 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Muthenna bin Aufi, nga Ebu Ubejdullahu, ⁽²¹⁸⁾ nga Ma'kili ⁽²¹⁹⁾, i cili ka thënë: "I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e ka ndaluar fadihun (pijen alkoolike të bërë nga hurmat e papjekura)".

(218) Kështu është në botimin e Dar Hexher dhe studiuesi ka vënë në dukje se kështu është në dorëshkrime, por e sakta është: (Ebu Abdullahu), shih burimet e takhrixhit, e Allahu e di më mirë.

(219) Në botimin e Dar el-Ma'rife ka një shtesë (bin Jesar).
