١٠٠٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ الثَّقَفِيُّ ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : وَكَانَ لَا يُحَدِّثُ قَدَرِيًّا وَلَا صَاحِبَ بِدْعَةٍ يَعْرِفُهُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْرُوقٍ الثَّوْرِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ بْنِ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ رَافِعٍ قَالَ: «كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ - بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ مِنْ تِهَامَةَ وَقَدْ جَاعَ الْقَوْمُ فَأَصَابُوا إِبِلًا وَغَنَمًا، فَانْتَهَى إِلَيْهِمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - وَقَدْ نُصِبَتِ الْقُدُورُ، فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - بِالْقُدُورِ فَأُكْفِئَتْ ثُمَّ قَسَمَ بَيْنَهُمْ، فَعَدَلَ عَشْرًا مِنَ الْغَنَمِ بِبَعِيرٍ، قَالَ: فَنَدَّ بَعِيرٌ مِنْ إِبِلِ الْقَوْمِ وَلَيْسَ فِي الْقَوْمِ إِلَّا خَيْلٌ يَسِيرَةٌ، فَرَمَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِسَهْمٍ فَحَبَسَهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنَّ لِهَذِهِ الْإِبِلِ أَوَابِدَ كَأَوَابِدِ الْوَحْشِ، فَمَا غَلَبَكُمْ مِنْهُ فَاصْنَعُوا بِهِ هَكَذَا».
#1005 1005 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Za'idah ibn Qudamah al-Thaqafi narrated to us. Abu Dawud said: And he would not narrate to a Qadari nor to a person of innovation whom he knew. He said: Sa'id ibn Masruq al-Thawri narrated to us, from 'Abayah ibn Rifa'ah ibn Rafi' ibn Khadij, from his grandfather Rafi', who said:

"We were with the Messenger of Allah (saw) at Dhu al-Hulayfah in Tihamah, and the people became hungry. They obtained camels and sheep. The Messenger of Allah (saw) reached them while the cooking pots had already been set up. So the Messenger of Allah (saw) ordered that the pots be overturned, then he distributed [the spoils] among them. He equated ten sheep to one camel.

He said: Then a camel from the people's camels bolted, and there were only a few horses among the people. So a man shot it with an arrow and stopped it. Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Indeed, these camels have wild tendencies like those of wild animals. So, whatever of them overpowers you, do this to it.'"

1005 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zaide bin Kudame eth-Thekafi. Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Ai nuk i tregonte hadithe asnjë kaderiu dhe asnjë pasuesi të bidatit që e njihte. Ai ka thënë: Na ka treguar Seid bin Mesruk eth-Thevri, nga Abaje bin Rifa'a bin Rafi' bin Hadixh, nga gjyshi i tij Rafi'i, i cili ka thënë: «Ishim me të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) në Dhu-l-Hulejfe nga Tihama, dhe njerëzit ishin të uritur. Ata zunë deve dhe dele. Kur i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) arriti tek ata, kazanët ishin vendosur (mbi zjarr). Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) urdhëroi që kazanët të përmbyseshin, pastaj i ndau ato mes tyre, duke barazuar dhjetë dele me një deve. Ai tha: Një deve nga devetë e njerëzve iku, ndërsa njerëzit kishin vetëm pak kuaj. Një burrë e gjuajti atë me shigjetë dhe e ndaloi. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Vërtet, këto deve kanë egërsi si egërsia e kafshëve të egra, andaj çfarëdo që ju mund, bëni me të kështu».
