١٠١٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - بَعَثَ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ، فَقَالَ لِأَبِي رَافِعٍ: اصْحَبْنِي كَيْمَا تُصِيبَ مِنْهَا! قَالَ: لَا، حَتَّى آتِيَ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - فَأَسْأَلَهُ! فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - فَسَأَلَهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا، وَإِنَّ مَوْلَى الْقَوْمِ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ».
#1015 1015 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Al-Hakam, from Ibn Abi Rafi', from Abu Rafi' that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) sent a man from Banu Makhzum to collect the Sadaqah, and he said to Abu Rafi': "Accompany me so that you may get some of it!" He said: "No, until I go to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and ask him!" So he went to the Prophet (pbuh) and asked him, and he said: "Indeed, Sadaqah is not permissible for us, and the freed slave of a people is one of them."

1015 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga El-Hakemi, nga Ibn Ebi Rafi', nga Ebu Rafi' se: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dërgoi një burrë nga fisi Beni Mahzum për të mbledhur sadakanë. Ai i tha Ebu Rafi'it: 'Më shoqëro që të përfitosh edhe ti prej saj!' Ai tha: 'Jo, derisa të shkoj te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe ta pyes!' Shkoi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe e pyeti, e ai tha: 'Vërtet, sadakaja nuk na lejohet neve, dhe vërtet, mbrojtësi (molla) i një populli llogaritet prej tyre'.
