١٠٢٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ «أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ خَثْعَمَ أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - عَامَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ فَرِيضَةَ اللهِ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ فِي الْحَجِّ أَدْرَكَتْ أَبِي شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَسْتَمْسِكَ عَلَى الرَّاحِلَةِ، أَفَيَقْضِي عَنْهُ أَنْ أَحُجَّ عَنْهُ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ»، هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ، وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ الْفَضْلِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.
#1023 1023 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zam'ah bin Salih narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Sulayman bin Yasar, from Ibn Abbas:

"That a woman from Khath'am came to the Prophet (pbuh) in the year of the Farewell Pilgrimage and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, the obligation of Allah upon His servants regarding Hajj has reached my father as an old man who cannot remain firm on the mount. Would it fulfill it for him if I perform Hajj on his behalf?' He said: 'Yes.'"

Thus it was narrated by Abu Dawud, and Abd al-Razzaq said: from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Sulayman bin Yasar, from Ibn Abbas, from al-Fadl, from the Prophet (pbuh).

1023 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zem'ah bin Salih, nga ez-Zuhriu, nga Sulejman bin Jesari, nga Ibn Abbasi:
«Një grua nga fisit Hath'am erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) në vitin e Haxhit të Lamtumirës dhe tha: 'O i Dërguari i Allahut, obligimi i Allahut mbi robërit e Tij për haxhin e ka zënë babanë tim si një plak të thyer në moshë, i cili nuk mund të qëndrojë i palëkundur mbi kafshën udhëtuese. A e shlyen detyrimin e tij nëse unë kryej haxhin për të?' Ai tha: 'Po'.» Kështu e ka transmetuar Ebu Davudi, ndërsa Abdurrezaku ka thënë: Nga Ma'meri, nga ez-Zuhriu, nga Sulejman bin Jesari, nga Ibn Abbasi, nga el-Fadli, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).
