١٠٤٧
- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ
إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ
مَعْبَدًا الْجُهَنِيَّ يَقُولُ: «كَانَ مُعَاوِيَةُ قَلَّمَا يُحَدِّثُ
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَكَانَ لَهُ فِي الْجُمَعِ كَلَامٌ يَتَكَلَّمُ
بِهِ يَرْوِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: مَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ
خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ، وَإِنَّ هَذَا الْمَالَ خَضِرٌ حُلْوٌ،
فَمَنْ أَخَذَهُ بِحَقِّهِ بُورِكَ لَهُ فِيهِ، وَإِيَّاكُمْ
وَالتَّمَادُحَ فَإِنَّ التَّمَادُحَ فِيهِ الذَّبْحُ».

1047 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sa'd bin Ibrahim bin 'Abd al-Rahman bin 'Awf, who said: I heard Ma'bad al-Juhani saying: "Mu'awiyah used to rarely narrate from the Messenger of Allah (saw), but he had a speech he would deliver on Fridays, narrating it from the Prophet (saw), saying: 'Whomever Allah intends good for, He grants him understanding of the religion. And indeed, this wealth is green and sweet; so whoever takes it by its right, it is blessed for him. And beware of mutual praising, for indeed mutual praising is slaughter.'"
1047 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Shube, nga Sad bin Ibrahim bin Abdurrahman bin Auf, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Mabed el-Xhuhenin duke thënë: «Muaviu rrallëherë transmetonte nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), por në ditët e xhuma ai thoshte disa fjalë që i transmetonte nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.), ku thoshte: Atij që Allahu ia dëshiron të mirën, ia mundëson kuptimin e fesë. Vërtet, kjo pasuri është e gjelbër dhe e ëmbël; kushdo që e merr atë me të drejtë, do të jetë i bekuar në të. Dhe kini kujdes nga lëvdatat e tepërta ndaj njëri-tjetrit, sepse lëvdata e tepërt është therrje».
