١٠٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ - رَأَى امْرَأَةً مُجِحًّا عَلَى بَابِ فُسْطَاطٍ - أَوْ قَالَ: خِبَاءٍ - فَقَالَ: لَعَلَّ صَاحِبَ هَذِهِ يُلِمُّ بِهَا! لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ أَلْعَنَهُ لَعْنَةً تَدْخُلُ مَعَهُ قَبْرَهُ، كَيْفَ يُوَرِّثُهُ وَهُوَ لَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ؟ وَكَيْفَ يَسْتَرِقُّهُ وَهُوَ لَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ»؟.
#1070 1070 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Khumayr, he said: I heard 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Jubayr narrating from his father, from Abu al-Darda' that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saw a woman who was heavily pregnant at the door of a pavilion - or he said: a tent - and he said: "Perhaps the owner of this woman has intercourse with her! I was about to curse him with a curse that would enter the grave with him. How can he make the child his heir when it is not lawful for him? And how can he enslave the child when it is not lawful for him?"

1070 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Jezid bin Humejri, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Abdurrahman bin Xhubejrin duke treguar nga babai i tij, nga Ebu Derda se: "Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) pa një grua shtatzënë në pragun e një tende - ose tha: një kasolleje - dhe tha: 'Ndoshta pronari i saj (bashkëshorti ose zotëria) po kryen marrëdhënie me të! Kam menduar ta mallkoj atë me një mallkim që do të hyjë me të në varrin e tij. Si mund ta bëjë atë trashëgimtar kur ai nuk i lejohet atij? Dhe si mund ta marrë atë si skllav kur ai nuk i lejohet atij?'".
