١١١١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنَ وَائِلٍ الْحَضْرَمِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ «أَنَّ سُوَيْدَ بْنَ طَارِقٍ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ لَنَا أَعْنَابًا نَعْتَصِرُهَا - فَذَكَرَ الْخَمْرَ فَنَهَاهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّهَا دَوَاءٌ! فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: بَلْ هِيَ دَاءٌ». قَالَ أَبُو بِشْرٍ : لَيْسَ فِي كِتَابِي هَذَا عَنْ أَبِيهِ. وَقَالَ أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ: عَنْ أَبِيهِ.
#1111 1111 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, saying: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Simak ibn Harb, who said: I heard 'Alqamah ibn Wa'il al-Hadrami narrating that Suwayd ibn Tariq asked the Prophet (pbuh), saying: "O Messenger of Allah, we have grapes that we press" - then he mentioned wine and he forbade him. He said: "It is a medicine!" So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Rather, it is a disease."

Abu Bishr said: "In this book of mine, it is not from his father." And Abu Mas'ud said: "From his father."

1111 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Simak bin Harbi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Alkame bin Vail el-Hadramiun duke treguar se Suvejd bin Tariku e pyeti Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) e i tha: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, ne kemi vreshta që i shtrydhim" - dhe përmendi verën, e ai e ndaloi atë. Ai tha: "Ajo është ilaç!" Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Përkundrazi, ajo është sëmundje".

Ebu Bishri ka thënë: Në librin tim kjo nuk është nga babai i tij. Ndërsa Ebu Mes'udi ka thënë: Nga babai i tij.
