Musnad al-Tayalisi » 'Iyad ibn Himar al-Mujashi'i from the Prophet ﷺ
١١٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ وَهَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ هَمَّامٌ: عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ ، وَقَالَ عِمْرَانُ: عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ حِمَارٍ ، قَالَ: «قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، الرَّجُلُ مِنْ قَوْمِي يَشْتُمُنِي وَهُوَ دُونِي؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: الْمُسْتَبَّانِ شَيْطَانَانِ يَتَهَاتَرَانِ وَيَتَكَاذَبَانِ، فَمَا قَالَا فَهُوَ عَلَى الْبَادِئِ حَتَّى يَعْتَدِيَ الْمَظْلُومُ».
#1176 1176 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Imran al-Qattan and Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah. Hammam said: from Yazid bin Abdullah bin al-Shikhkhir, and Imran said: from Mutarrif bin Abdullah bin al-Shikhkhir, from Iyad bin Himar, who said: "I said: O Messenger of Allah, a man from my people insults me and he is of lower status than me?"

So the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "Two people who insult each other are two devils who revile each other and lie to each other; whatever they say, the sin is upon the one who started it, until the oppressed one transgresses."

1176 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Imran el-Kattan dhe Hemmami, nga Katadeja; Hemmami thotë: nga Jezid bin Abdilah bin esh-Shikhir, ndërsa Imrani thotë: nga Mutarrif bin Abdilah bin esh-Shikhir, nga Ijad bin Himari, i cili ka thënë: «I thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, një burrë nga populli im më shan, ndërkohë që ai është më i ulët se unë (në pozitë)? I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Dy njerëz që shahen janë dy shejtanë që shpifin dhe gënjejnë njëri-tjetrin; çfarëdo që thonë, barra i takon atij që e ka filluar i pari, derisa i dëmtuari (viktima) ta kalojë kufirin».
