Musnad al-Tayalisi » 'Iyad ibn Himar al-Mujashi'i from the Prophet ﷺ
١١٧٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ خَالِدًا الْحَذَّاءَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ حِمَارٍ الْمُجَاشِعِيِّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مَنِ الْتَقَطَ لُقَطَةً فَلْيُشْهِدْ ذَوَيْ عَدْلٍ - أَوْ ذَا عَدْلٍ - وَلَا يَكْتُمْ وَلَا يُغَيِّبْ، فَإِنْ جَاءَ صَاحِبُهَا فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا، وَإِلَّا فَهُوَ مَالُ اللهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ».
قَالَ أَبُو بِشْرٍ : وَرَأَيْتُ فِي مَوْضِعٍ آخَرَ عَنْ أَبِي دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ عِيَاضٍ - وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ مُطَرِّفٌ.
#1177 1177 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I heard Khalid al-Hadhdha' narrating from Yazid bin 'Abdullah bin al-Shikhkhir, from Mutarrif bin 'Abdullah bin al-Shikhkhir, from 'Iyad bin Himar al-Mujashi'i, from the Prophet (pbuh) that he said: "Whoever finds lost property should call two witnesses of integrity - or one witness of integrity - and he should not conceal it nor hide it. If its owner comes, then he has more right to it; otherwise, it is the property of Allah which He gives to whom He wills."
Abu Bishr said: And I saw in another place from Abu Dawud, from Shu'bah, from Khalid, from Yazid, from 'Iyad - and Mutarrif is not mentioned in it.

1177 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Halid el-Hadhdha'un duke treguar nga Jezid bin Abdilah bin esh-Shikh-khir, nga Mutarrif bin Abdilah bin esh-Shikh-khir, nga Ijad bin Himar el-Muxhashi'i, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Kushdo që gjen diçka të humbur (lukata), le të marrë dëshmitarë dy persona të drejtë - ose një të drejtë - dhe të mos e fshehë e as të mos e zhdukë atë. Nëse vjen pronari i saj, ai ka më shumë të drejtë mbi të, përndryshe ajo është pasuri e Allahut që ia jep kujt të dojë».
Ebu Bishri ka thënë: Kam parë në një vend tjetër nga Ebu Davudi, nga Shu'be, nga Halidi, nga Jezidi, nga Ijadi - dhe nuk përmendet Mutarrifi.
