Musnad al-Tayalisi » Qays ibn 'Asim al-Tamimi
١١٨٠ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الضَّبِّيُّ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ بْنِ التَّوْأَمِ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ «أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ - عَنِ الْحِلْفِ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، فَقَالَ: لَا حِلْفَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَتَمَسَّكُوا بِحِلْفِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ».
#1180 1180 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Jarir ibn 'Abd al-Hamid al-Dabbi narrated to us, from Mughirah, from his father, from Shu'bah ibn al-Taw'am, from Qays ibn 'Asim that he asked the Prophet (pbuh) about alliances in Islam, so he said: 'There is no alliance in Islam, and hold fast to the alliance of the Pre-Islamic period (Jahiliyyah).'
