١١٨٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ وَكِيعَ بْنَ عُدُسٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ قَالَ: «قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ أُمِّي كَانَتْ تَصِلُ الرَّحِمَ وَتَفْعَلُ وَتَفْعَلُ، وَمَاتَتْ مُشْرِكَةً! فَأَيْنَ هِيَ؟ قَالَ: هِيَ فِي النَّارِ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، فَأَيْنَ أُمُّكَ؟ قَالَ: أَمَا تَرْضَى أَنْ تَكُونَ أُمُّكَ مَعَ أُمِّي».
#1186 1186 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ya'la bin 'Ata, he said: I heard Waki' bin 'Udus narrating from Abu Razin al-'Uqayli, who said:

"I said: O Messenger of Allah, my mother used to maintain the ties of kinship and do this and that, and she died as a polytheist! So where is she? He said: 'She is in the Fire.' He said: I said: O Messenger of Allah, then where is your mother? He said: 'Does it not please you that your mother is with my mother?'"

1186 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Jala bin Ata, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Veki bin Udus duke treguar nga Ebu Rezini el-Ukejli, i cili ka thënë: «I thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, nëna ime i mbante lidhjet farefisnore dhe bënte këtë e bënte atë (vepra të mira), por vdiq si mushrike (idhujtare)! Atëherë, ku është ajo? Ai tha: Ajo është në Zjarr. Tha: I thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, po nëna jote ku është? Ai tha: A nuk mjaftohesh që nëna jote të jetë bashkë me nënën time?»
