- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ ،
عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ
رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: «كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ - فِي
الطَّوَافِ، فَانْقَطَعَتْ شِسْعُهُ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ،
نَاوِلْنِي أُصْلِحْهُ! قَالَ: هَذَا أَثَرَةٌ، وَلَا أُحِبُّ
الْأَثَرَةَ».

1242 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Umar ibn Qays narrated to us, from Asim ibn Ubaydullah, from Abdullah ibn Amir ibn Rabi'ah, from his father, who said:
"I was with the Prophet (pbuh) during the circumambulation (Tawaf), and his sandal strap broke. I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, give it to me so I may fix it!' He said: 'This is a form of preference, and I do not like preference.'"

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Omer bin Kajsi, nga Asim bin Ubejdullahu, nga Abdullah bin Amir bin Rabia, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: «Isha me Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) gjatë tavafit, dhe iu këput rripi i nallanes së tij. I thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, ma jep ta rregulloj! Ai tha: 'Kjo është një lloj privilegji (preferencë), dhe unë nuk e dua privilegjin (preferencën mbi të tjerët).'»
