Musnad al-Tayalisi » Al-Hasan ibn Ali (may Allah be pleased with him)
١٢٧٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي بُرَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ السَّلُولِيُّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَوْرَاءِ السَّعْدِيَّ ، قَالَ: «قُلْتُ لِلْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ : مَا تَذْكُرُ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ؟ قَالَ: أَخَذْتُ تَمْرَةً مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَأَلْقَيْتُهَا فِي فِيَّ، فَنَزَعَهَا النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ - بِلُعَابِهَا فَأَلْقَاهَا فِي التَّمْرِ، فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، تَمْرَةٌ مِنْ صَبِيٍّ! فَقَالَ: إِنَّا آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ لَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا الصَّدَقَةُ».
#1273 1273 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Burayd ibn Abi Maryam al-Saluli informed me, he said: I heard Abu al-Hawra' al-Sa'di say:

«I said to al-Hasan ibn 'Ali: What do you remember from the Prophet (pbuh)? He said: I took a date from the charity dates and put it in my mouth, so the Prophet (pbuh) removed it with its saliva and threw it back into the dates. They said: O Messenger of Allah, it is just a date from a boy! He said: We, the family of Muhammad, charity is not permissible for us.»

1273 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, i cili ka thënë: Më ka njoftuar Burejd bin Ebi Merjem es-Selulij, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Ebu el-Havra es-Sadijun duke thënë:
«I thashë el-Hasan bin Aliut: Çfarë mban mend nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.)? Ai tha: Mora një hurmë prej hurmave të sadakasë dhe e futa në gojën time. Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) e nxori atë bashkë me pështymën dhe e hodhi sërish te hurmat. Njerëzit i thanë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, ishte vetëm një hurmë nga një fëmijë! Ai tha: Ne, familja e Muhamedit, nuk e kemi të lejuar sadakanë».
