- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا
حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعُشَرَاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ:
«قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَمَا تَكُونُ الذَّكَاةُ إِلَّا فِي
اللَّبَّةِ أَوِ الْحَلْقِ؟ قَالَ: لَوْ طَعَنْتَ فِي فَخِذِهَا لَأَجْزَأَ
عَنْكَ»، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : يَعْنِي فِي الْمُتَرَدِّيَةِ فِي
الْبِئْرِ.

1312 - Yunus narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Abu al-Ushara, from his father, who said: "I said: O Messenger of Allah (pbuh), is slaughtering only in the pit of the throat or the throat? He (pbuh) said: If you were to stab it in its thigh, it would suffice you."
Abu Dawud said: Meaning in the case of an animal that has fallen into a well.
1312 - Na ka treguar Junusi, na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Ebu el-Ushara, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë:
«Thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), a nuk bëhet therrja përveçse në gropën e fytit ose në fyt? Ai tha: "Sikur ta shpoje në kofshën e saj, do të mjaftonte për ty"», Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Domethënë për kafshën që bie në pus.
