١٣٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ السُّوَائِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: «صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ - فِي مَسْجِدِ الْخَيْفِ بِمِنًى صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ، فَلَمَّا قَضَى صَلَاتَهُ إِذَا رَجُلَانِ فِي مُؤَخَّرِ الْمَسْجِدِ لَمْ يُصَلِّيَا مَعَ النَّاسِ، فَأُتِيَ بِهِمَا النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ - تُرْعَدُ فَرَائِصُهُمَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: مَا مَنَعَكُمَا أَنْ تُصَلِّيَا مَعَنَا؟، قَالَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، صَلَّيْنَا فِي رِحَالِنَا! فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: فَلَا تَفْعَلَا، إِذَا صَلَّيْتُمَا فِي رِحَالِكُمَا ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُمَا الْإِمَامَ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي فَصَلِّيَا مَعَهُ، فَإِنَّهَا لَكُمَا نَافِلَةٌ أَوْ تَطَوُّعٌ».
#1343 1343 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Ya'la bin 'Ata, he said: I heard Jabir bin Yazid bin al-Aswad al-Suwa'i narrating from his father, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) led us in the Fajr prayer at Masjid al-Khayf in Mina. When he finished his prayer, there were two men at the back of the mosque who had not prayed with the people. They were brought to the Prophet (saw) while their muscles were trembling with fear. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'What prevented you from praying with us?' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, we had already prayed in our lodgings!' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'Do not do that. If you have prayed in your lodgings and then you come to the Imam while he is praying, then pray with him, for it will be a supererogatory (nafilah) or voluntary prayer for you.'"

1343 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Jala bin Ata, i cili ka thënë: Kam dëgjuar Xhabir bin Jezid bin el-Esuad es-Suaijjin duke treguar nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë:
«I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) na e fali namazin e sabahut në xhaminë el-Hejf në Mina. Kur e përfundoi namazin e tij, vuri re dy burra në fund të xhamisë që nuk ishin falur me njerëzit. I sollën ata te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ndërkohë që gjymtyrët e tyre dridheshin nga frika. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u tha: Çfarë ju pengoi të faleshit me ne? Ata thanë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, u falëm në vendqëndrimet tona! I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Mos veproni kështu. Nëse faleni në vendqëndrimet tuaja e pastaj vini te imami ndërkohë që ai është duke u falur, faluni me të, sepse ajo do të jetë për ju namaz nafile ose vullnetar».
