- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى
بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ
عِصْمَةَ ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ ، قَالَ: «قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ
اللهِ، إِنِّي أَشْتَرِي بُيُوعًا، مَا يَحِلُّ لِي مِمَّا يَحْرُمُ
عَلَيَّ؟ فَقَالَ لِي: إِذَا بِعْتَ بَيْعًا فَلَا تَبِعْهُ حَتَّى
تَقْبِضَهُ».

1415 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Yahya bin Abi Kathir, from Yusuf bin Mahak, from Abdullah bin Ismah, from Hakim bin Hizam, who said: "I said: O Messenger of Allah (saw), I buy goods, what is permissible for me and what is forbidden for me? He said to me: 'When you buy something, do not sell it until you have taken possession of it.'"

- Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Jahja bin Ebi Kethir, nga Jusuf bin Mahek, nga Abdullah bin Ismeh, nga Hakim bin Hizam, i cili ka thënë: «I thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), unë bëj disa blerje, andaj çfarë është e lejuar për mua nga ajo që është e ndaluar për mua? Ai më tha: «Kur të shesësh diçka, mos e shit atë derisa ta marrësh në dorëzim».
