١٤٨٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثٍ: عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ، وَعَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يَبْرَأَ، وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ».

Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Aisha, from the Prophet (pbuh) who said: "The pen has been lifted from three: from the sleeper until he wakes up, from the insane until he recovers, and from the child until he reaches the age of reason."

1485 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Hammadi, nga Ibrahimi, nga el-Esvedi, nga Aisheja, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i cili ka thënë: «Lapsi është ngritur nga tre persona: nga ai që është në gjumë derisa të zgjohet, nga i çmenduri derisa të shërohet dhe nga fëmija derisa të piqet (të arrijë moshën e arsyes).»
