١٥٠٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ رُسْتُمَ أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْخَزَّازُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَيَّارٌ أَبُو الْحَكَمِ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، قَالَ: «كُنَّا عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ ، فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنْتَ الَّذِي تُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً عُذِّبَتْ فِي هِرَّةٍ لَهَا، رَبَطَتْهَا لَمْ تُطْعِمْهَا وَلَمْ تَسْقِهَا، فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ : سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهُ، يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: أَتَدْرِي مَا كَانَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ؟ قَالَ: لَا، قَالَتْ: إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ مَعَ مَا فَعَلَتْ كَانَتْ كَافِرَةً، إِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ أَكْرَمُ عَلَى اللهِ مِنْ أَنْ يُعَذِّبَهُ فِي هِرَّةٍ، فَإِذَا حَدَّثْتَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ تُحَدِّثُ».
#1503 1503 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Salih bin Rustum Abu 'Amir al-Khazzaz narrated to us, he said: Sayyar Abu al-Hakam narrated to us, from al-Sha'bi, from 'Alqamah, who said: "We were with 'Aishah when Abu Hurayrah entered upon her. She said: 'O Abu Hurayrah, are you the one who narrates that a woman was punished because of a cat she owned, which she tied up and neither fed nor gave water?' Abu Hurayrah replied: 'I heard it from him,' meaning the Prophet (saw). 'Aishah then said: 'Do you know who that woman was?' He said: 'No.' She said: 'That woman, in addition to what she did, was a disbeliever. Indeed, the believer is too dear to Allah for Him to punish them because of a cat. So, when you narrate from the Messenger of Allah (saw), be careful how you narrate.'"

1503 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Salih bin Rustem Ebu Amir el-Khazzaz, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sejjar Ebu el-Hakem, nga esh-Sha'bi, nga Alkame, i cili ka thënë: «Ishim te Aisha, kur hyri te ajo Ebu Hurejra, e ajo i tha: O Ebu Hurejra, a je ti ai që tregon se një grua u ndëshkua për shkak të një maceje të saj, të cilën e kishte lidhur, nuk e kishte ushqyer dhe as nuk i kishte dhënë të pinte? Ebu Hurejra tha: E kam dëgjuar prej tij, domethënë prej Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.). Atëherë Aisha tha: A e di se kush ishte ajo grua? Ai tha: Jo. Ajo tha: Ajo grua, përveç asaj që bëri, ishte kafire (mohuese). Besimtari është më i nderuar te Allahu sesa Ai ta ndëshkojë atë për një mace. Prandaj, kur të tregosh nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), shiko se si tregon».
