- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ ، عَنِ
الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ
اللهِ ﷺ: «الْعِبَادُ عِبَادُ اللهِ، وَالْبِلَادُ بِلَادُ اللهِ، فَمَنْ
أَحْيَا مِنْ مَوَاتِ الْأَرْضِ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ، وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ
ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ».

1543 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zam'ah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah, she said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'The servants are the servants of Allah, and the lands are the lands of Allah. So whoever brings life to any part of the dead land, it belongs to him, and there is no right for an unjust vein.'
1543 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zem'ah, nga Ez-Zuhriu, nga Urve, nga Aishja, e cila ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Robërit janë robërit e Allahut, dhe vendet janë vendet e Allahut. Kushdo që ngjall diçka nga toka e vdekur, ajo i takon atij, ndërsa për rrënjën e padrejtë nuk ka asnjë të drejtë.»
